The pilot service
VIAODE is an early-stage service for independent UK private-hire fleet owners. It helps organise vehicles, drivers, assignments, rent, manually recorded payments, expenses and compliance dates. The product is being tested and may change as feedback is received.
Your information and account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for having permission to enter information about other people. Keep your sign-in details secure and use the service only for fleets and accounts you are authorised to access.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to another fleet’s or user’s information.
Your business responsibilities
VIAODE does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice, or MOT, insurance and licensing checks. You remain responsible for vehicle and driver compliance and all applicable statutory obligations.
Compliance statuses depend on the dates entered; they do not independently verify a vehicle’s legal status. Financial records reflect information entered into the service. VIAODE records payments manually and does not collect money from drivers.
Independent records and availability
Maintain appropriate independent records and backups during the pilot. Do not rely on VIAODE as your sole business record system yet.
Service availability may change or be interrupted during testing, maintenance or development. Review important records and calculations before relying on them for business decisions.
Pricing
These pilot terms do not establish subscription prices, payment commitments or future billing terms. Any future paid offering would need its own clearly communicated terms.
Leaving the pilot and contacting VIAODE

Stopping use does not automatically delete records. Data questions and requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the pilot develops. The date above identifies the latest version. Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
